Isn't it interesting and, frightening that the people who are negotiating the validty of this bailout proposal are almost all attorneys! The most critical economic crisis since the Great Depression and attorneys outnumber economists 15 to 1 ! You would think at this point, you would convene a meeting of the top 10 economists in the United States and, once they came to consensus, then you bring the government in to implement what would work! This decision is going to be driven by votes and getting themselves re-elected on BOTH sides! Maybe, "Dick the Butcher" had it right in Shakesphere, "Kill all the lawyers first!"
