First your mother/father should get a Polish passport, and only then you'll be able to apply for one. You'll have to hurry up, though, since the Polish law requires that documents are saved for 100 years, and your grandfather's birth certificate will naturally be required. I think the best option for you is to contact a lawyer that specilalizes in this, it will save you time.
