I have a pocket watch (ladies) that says "Cenlidre 10 rubis" Serial No. 72590, grade 590. Can anyone tell me the make, origin and year?

Hi Jay,
Thanks for the info. I think it belongs to the lower range of the poket watches in the late 19th century by Elgin.
Hi, Geraldine
