Life is a one lap race. Make many pitstops.

The only method that I know to do it is through the company that made it. You have to call them and ask for tech support. Sometimes there is a charge for this service. You have to prove that the computer belongs to you. It has to be previously registered by you in your name. If everything checks out, they will guide you through the process. If not, then you have to go to the person who registered it if you know. They will not tell you. You can also reload the original software but you loose al info and files on it.

No you ought to not choose no labtop
