i plead guilty to a crime I did not commit a felony involved in a domestic vilolence case. It has been 3 years the case was defferred but will still show on my record is there anything I can do about it now besides have the record closed? my ex is even willing to tell the truth now. I was sick at the time and did what the public defender told me to do

Bull. Reality is, it will usually hurt like hell and leave you with a permanent limp.
Yes - it will take some effort. If you don't know how to navigate a law library and how and where to file motions, you need to get a lawyer.
