Be the change you wish to see in the world.  Ghandi

The space between citrus trees should equal the ultimate height of the tree.  For instance if your tree is a dwarf and the ultimate height is 15 feet, then they should be planted 15 feet apart.  If however the tree is a standard and the ultimate height is 50 feet they should be 50 feet apart.  Make sure you have the correct varieties for pollination and try to have the holes already dug when you purchase the trees.  Protect from cold by mulching.

"Don't look at your age, but focus on what you can do for the world, share what you have to benefit mankind, you'll succeed if you'll see others you've helped reap success. Share more to earn more".

The standard distance of planting for fruit trees (citrus included) is 4 x 4 meters, in flat level land or 8 x 8 meters for rolling lands mountainous areas. This distance is only applicable if you don't have other crops planted in between the citrus plantation.

If you intend to apply multiple cropping system, meaning planting different crops in between your citrus orchard, you can adjust the distance to give way to other crops for possible overshading and sunlight and nutrients competition.
