Planning a bbq

Can you guys please help me out in planning a bbq for my friends? All I want is to arrange a bbq with pork sandwiches and some Hot Dogs. There are about 20 to 30 friends of mine who all are coming to the party. Please suggest me from where should I order all this at genuine rates.
