Is plagarism a big problem in high schools and colleges?

I believe you mean plagiarism.  Yes....  but I'll go one step further: It's a BIG problem in: Universities, in Start-Up's, and in almost every organization....  and in a wider sence.  You sit in a meeting, say something very smart (that solves a problem or saves big money) then later you are surprised find out that someone elase claims to be the "owner" of that idea and get the credit....  It is a big problem and I would dare saying that it doesn't get the attention it should get.  I wish we (members at Yedda) will deal, in depth, with that problem and from here it will go up to the right places (parliaments, etc) untill they reach a fair honest solution.
