Pink floyd and the wizered of oz

For the last time is ANY of the pink Floyd songs is synchronized with ANY movie , and is it on purpose ?

Answer is in the subject. The "The dark side of the moon" whole record is unbelievably in sync with "The wizard of Oz", both rhythmically and in some places with the songs contents. In some places, the lyrics sounds like they were written in connection to the movie. You just have to find the sync anchor and to sit back and see the movie with this amazing soundtrack. However, nobody knows if it's on purpose (except maybe the group members), but it's very unlikely that they are. I'm sure that a version of the movie with the soundtrack attached can be found on the web, so you can decide for yourself.

You can find some videos with syncs on Google Video for examples. I watched it and it's a nice coincidence. The band members never confirmed it was done on purpose.

And by the way, it's Wizard, not wizered.
