Very Veggie Pasta Salad
To Make:
Boil what ever pasta you have and want (we usually use Whole Wheat but didn’t have it in the house and I didn’t want to run to the store)
While pasta is boiling cut up some steamed or fresh veggies: we used Tomatoes, Red, Yellow and Green Peppers, Corn, Carrots, Green Beans, Pea, and Broccoli (I steam it just a bit where its still alittle frozen and crisp)
Drain the pasta and cool down
Add 1/2 cup of Tuscan Italian Dressing
Let marinate in fridge for 24 hours and enjoy!
