I have photoshop elements and recently when I click on T for text, the entire page goes red and I enter a cut and paste kind of option. I do not understand why this is happening and how to turn it off. I simply want to type, and it will not let me. Could I have accidently set off some kind of setting?
Also- I tried to uninstall the program and reinstall it again, in hopes of fixing this situation. I did this by dragging it from my applications folder into the trash and then reinstalling the CD. When it reinstalled, it did not ask me to put in my product number and it also had the exact same settings as before- which leads me to believe that it did not in fact reinstall as new. What did I do wrong?
