Photography Courses for Teens

I would check your local recreation classes.  I once taught a photography class for elementary school age children so I know that there are classes are available at the Recreation level.  Sometimes there are early admittance courses a teenage can take at the college, where a tennager can participate by auditing a photography course and just gtting the information, so I would chek into that as well.  Sometimes classes are given by places like churches or the Jewish Community Centers in local areas so if that is an option in your area check there.  If all else fails, go to the phone book and try a professional photographer.  See if a photographer would take on an aprentice, sometimes a simple interest in a field is enough to peek a professional to outstretch his or her hand to todays youth.  I wish your daughter well, photography is a very exciting hobby and art.
