Photo laws

Is it illegal to copy a photo image of a former boss from the company webb site. Paste the photo to a Dartboard image along with his name so that the end result is a Photo Dartboard Image of my former boss to throw darts at. I want to e-mail it to all who will enjoy it. Is there laws against that?

Victims of circumstance owe it to fate. Victims of choice owe it to themselves.

I am sure there is a law if you wanted to market the dartboard for fun and profit.

I think that you would be totally not at fault to post it on MySpice.

I do not think that emailing is criminal (except for some of the junk that I get), but it might come back to haunt you.

I agree with Jay.  Think this thru thoroughly before you do it.  Future employers have access to the internet and it will come back to haunt you.  A good computer person can trace where images come from.  Have your fun some other way.

Don't say anything you can't prove.  No law says you can't have a dartboard.

There is a website called thedirty.com where you can post pictures of people in your area that are deserving of a little humility.  As far as I know it is anonymous and it might just be the outlet you need.
