I was late for work this morning, because I got stuck in Zeno's paradox

Using a photo of anybody is liable to be problematic, unless you obtain specific permission from the photographer and from the person in the picture. Also, there might be some legal restrictions on the company web site about copying and using images.

However since you're not planning to use the picture in a commercial endeavour you're sort of in a grey area.
