Phillips SAA7130 TV Tuner card no sound

I have purchased a Phillips SAA7130 TV Tuner card, I have installed it correctly, installed the drivers from teh cd

, after they failed,

found others that failed as well.

The problem I am having is that I am getting no sound, except if

I use Timeshift, or record it will playback with sound.

I am using WinDVR 3, when I try to setup the audio, I can see a

source, but TV audio is greyed out, this is where you select mono, stereo etc. My sound card is a Creative Labs Audigy SE. The only way I can

watch tv now is recorded, or using timeshift.. and it makes a loud

high pitch noise on playback. Does anyone know how to solve these

issues? or have the same problem with this TV Tuner?

Hello, I don't own the card, and am not talking from personal experience. Anyway, I've seen

this ad from sabrent professional, which may be helpful. Good luck.
