Pets and Family

We rescued our dog "Stanley".  Since he came into our lives, he has been a blessing.  He is like a child to me-he gives kisses and hugs.  He has such a wonderful personality.  He has shown us such unconditional love.  He truly is a remarkable addition to our family.  Most people tell me that he is very lucky to have had such a great family save him but we feel as though we are the lucky ones to have him in our lives.

My pets (dogs) have been a very important part of my life and our household.  People seem to forget how strong the bond is.  2 of my dogs were rescued from horrible situations.  One I got from a local breeder and my dog I have now was "adopted" by us when the owners became ill and couldn't keep her anymore.  Conan, Niles, Fraiser and Cassie have given us so much joy, as well as my 1st 3 dogs have gone to the Rainbow Bridge.  Their ashes are in a very special wooden urn and when we die, their ashes will go with us.  Love live the pets.

hi mollierocks.    you mentioned an anxiety disorder?  i think since my sister died i have been getting horrible anxiety, she died on december 17th. very unexpectedly.  my puffin has helped me so very much. the drs wanted to put me on medicine but i think my baby puffin is all the medicine i need.

aww thedrs gave me medicine, but it didnt help so they took me off of it. Gucci,my shihtzu, helped me more than the medicine did!

what kind of dog is puffin?

Very! My dog is considered a "dangerous breed" (won't name which so I don't have to deal with any crap), but she can be the sweetest thing. She was beaten and abused before we got her, and after six years I still find it amazing that she can trust me so much. So long as I am with her she is willing to accet anyone. Having my oldest child, as she is considered, put so much faith in me warms my heart.

My cat are very important too. Most of the ones in my home are special needs, and I couldn't live without either of my girls.

My dogs are my best friends.  They are the best companions.

For us, it serves as our entertainer.. Brings the tension down.. And sometimes help us gathered together..
