If you have female pups, and one comes into heat will the others attack or harrass her?

Work hard or go home.

It's definitely possible. I definitely think you should separate the one in heat from the others. You really should get them spayed ASAP to avoid any potential future problems.

If you don't WANT to, and you don't HAVE to... DON'T!

If you have a pup in heat, you should keep male dogs away from her, she's a pup and pup shouldn't HAVE pups.  The best care she can have is to be Spayed before first in season.  Breeding dogs while there are so many homeless and in need of homes is really not a smart way to make money at the pets expense.  Most pups grow up just to find themselves in shelters or Rescue, all breeds... So think about spaying and keeping male dogs completely away from dogs in heat.

The more people I meet the more I love my dog!

It's possible but I think it's more likely that the girl in heat will become more aggressive towards the other female :)

If you have a male dog that is unneutered then you need to keep them apart for 1 month.

Oh and get your girl spayed as soon as possible ;)
