Permanent resident card question in the middle of annulment

I received my permanent resident card on november 2007,my children received theirs on march 2008? Whats the next step for me to do? What are the things to prepare to renew our permanent residen card .If my husband applied for an annulment card few days ago (in behalf of me ?) I GOT MARRIED ON MAY 31 2008 .I need an advice> should i sign the annulment wchich he applied but state my nae as an applicant with a reason that is not true?..By the way he didnt know that i saw the paid application in las vegas
