the width of a recctangle is fixed at 12cm. What lengths will make the perimeter greater than 92cm?
Nothing begun in anger ever ends well.
Any number greater than 7.5 will.
Some where in Arkansas.
Victims of circumstance owe it to fate. Victims of choice owe it to themselves.
P = 2w + 2l
w = 12 and P = 92
92 = 2l + 24
2l = 68
l = 34
Therefore, any length greater than 34 cm will produce a perimeter greater than 96 cm.
POP and I do not agree. I have shown you my math so you can check my answer.

Love is the battery of life....
2L + 24 > 92 2L > 68L > 34 c"m (any length bigger than 34 c"m will result in a perimeter bigger than 92 c"m). Best regards,
