Since this question was asked 8 months ago. We have seen a few caskets coming home. I did see the coverage of President Obama attending the one where the 14 were killed just recently. I cried! Yes, it just reminds me that two wars are going on and some days we don't even think about it. You know the old saying out of site out of mind. My feelings are we need to see news coverage of the action going on in both of these wars, so we know we are fighting a war everyday. Let's stop being selfish Americans and face up to the fact we have soldiers fighting for our freedom and yes we need to know everything this country is doing home and abroad!

Wouldn't it be fitting if this went completely around the world!..... John Gebhardt's wife, Mindy, said that this little girl's entire family was executed. The insurgents intended to execute the little girl also, and shot her in the head...but they failed to kill her. She was cared for in John's hospital and is healing up, but continues to cry and moan. The nurses said John is the only one who seems to calm her down, so John has spent the last four nights holding her while they both slept in that chair. The girl is coming along with her healing. He is a real Star of the war, and represents what America is trying to do. This, my friends, is worth sharing. Go for it!! You'll never see things like this in the news. Please keep this going. Nothing will happen if you don't, but the American public needs to see pictures like this and needs to realize that what we're doing over there is making a difference. Why is it America, Congress , all our legislators think about veterans ONLY when they return to their beloved coutry in a casket? The ultimate defination of Hypocracity is for this quick talking, smooth glib Chicago product to show up at Dover at Midnight, along with press for a photo op and then the following day, cancel ANY INCREASE in military pay this budget year as well as NO COLA for disabled veterans. The guy is a disgrace all over this globe.
