Go see your doctor. It's not uncommon for diabetic males to suffer erectile dysfunction. With proper diet ( no alcohol) and exercise your diabeties can be managed and prevent further damage. You might also want to ask your doctor if you heart is healthy enough to take a pill to help with your dysfunction.
