If you are asking about protein, then the answer is a long time. The unsaturated fats will go bad much sooner that the protein.

what kind of question is this? assuming when you say protine you mean protein, i still don.t understand what you mean by 'how long will it last'?

When unsaturated fats undergo oxidation (they go bad), meaning that they become rancid, this has no effect on the protein content of the peanut. It does make it very hard to choke it down, however.
