Peach Cobbler

I need to make peach cobbler for tomorrow.  Do I have to refridgerate it?

Yes, you should put leftovers in the fridg.  The crust won't be as crisp the next day...but it makes a darn good breakfast with a drizzle of cream on top!!

I'd refrigerate it, too, but if you put lots of sugar in it it can stay on the counter for 24 hours no problem. sugar is one of the most powerful preservatives out there!

(I cook without sugar and I've found things spoil way faster :)

I would and don't skip on the sugar.

Have you ever tried peach cobbler with a side of chocolate ice cream? mmm....
