It depends on what kind of TV you have, these days most LCD tvs have DVI and/or VGA in for your PC so really it would be not different than connecting a monitor, simple use the correct cable and match it up to the back of your TV.

As I recall the HP M9200t also has HDMI output so if you TV has a HDMI (HD TV) socket you would also be able to connect them using a HDMI cable.

After they are connected you simply need to go into your display properties and choose you TV as primary/secondary monitor if it hasn't done this for you automatically.
