I want to buy something on eBay and pay with a paypal account. do you know if they charge a fee?

they charge about 3% + 30 cents for each transaction (sellers only).

Paypal is free for buyers. that means that if you want to buy something off of eBay, you will not be charge an extra fee by paypal.

but -- if you want to be a seller or recieve donations via paypal, they do have a small fee. can't remember what it is..

You do not pay a fee as a buyer on ebay.  If you are buying something on ebay the seller pays that fee.
