Paying taxes

I owe the goverment about $15.000  in taxes I've paid about $12,000 and some change so far, and I trying to get this matter solve asap.  I've had my employer take out $200 out my check everyweek to try and hurry thing up.  Beside the intrestes and penities is there any thing else I can do to hurry and get this taken care or.  Will the I.R.S settle for what I paid so far and settle or what can I do to speed things up to be done with this

It sounds to me like you are doing the best you can.  I would give them a call and let them know exactly what you are doing, with the $200 every week and how much you have now.  They should be understanding.  Good luck.
