Trying to "Pay It Forward" Please can U Help ?

I am supporting a young man in India who is getting ready to start college. I am surprising him with some gifts, but I don't have a clue as how to mail these gifts to him or how much it will cost me. It is going to Chennai, India and coming from Faber, Virginia. It is 1 Box. 21 inches long and 14 inches wide. It is 7 inches tall. Can someone PLEASE help me with this issue. Do some reseach by calling one the shipping companies for a free quote. You can start with ups.com or call 1-800-pick-ups and get a free quote. In addition, when you purchase a gift from an online site, sometimes they will ship it for you. Good luck!

Try going to the US Postal Service for assistance sending packages internationally. You can also try contacting FedEx or UPS. I suggest using one box and put the stuff in them. Customs will be inspecting the box for embargo'ed items, weapons, drugs, etc; so the simpler, the better.
