Patio wall looks unstable

HELP.....my screened in patio is located under a glass room. The room appears to be supported well but my concern is on one side. One patio wall is cinderblock on or abutting a concrete foundation. It looks like it is starting to buckle and needs reinforcement. The wall has dirt on one side and the patio on the other. Some people are just telling me to have beams inside the patio reinforce the wall and provide additional support to the overhead room ----does this sound right??    darlene
