Either a ceiling fan or a small stationary floor fan tied up high to force the air out will do the trick, the main thing you need to realize with this heat unless your in a air temp controlled area or in a shade like under a tree where you have circulation & except for the limbs no cap, your heat factor under a patio cover especially close to the house is where there won't be any movement of air, therefore you feel as if the heat is on. I had the same problem until I realized I needed to move away from the house. Another way depends on the cover if it's metal maybe a turtle shell vent if it's wood with a shingled top I would recoommend a cyclone turbine that moves or turns when the wind blows either of these will work.
