If I were to make pasta from scratch, what would be the cost of the ingredients.
If I were to make it in bulk and machinery aside, what would be the ingredient list and costs for noodles (spagetti, rigatoni, penne, etc.) , ravioli, shells, manicotti, gnocchi?
