I've never heard about pines size shrinking because of lack of testosterone, but I can see how your libido would be effected, also the way that your self confidence would be shot after the divorce - it's hard, there's a lot of places to get hurt now.
I'm not going to tell you "size don't matter" - for some women, it matters a lot. Just like for some guys, killer body or large breasts or whatever matters a lot. However, if you had sex with more then one partner in your life, you probably know that body or breasts are just one part of what makes sex really wonderful, and that in the long run chemistry, open mindness and just the urge for sex are a lot more important then one part of the body being one way or the other.
As a woman I'll give you my personal take on it - I met guys with small cocks who were wonderful lovers, and some with small cocks who were horrible. Same with big cocks - size is a nice thing to have, but if I have to do a list of the 10 things that are most important to me in sex, size will not be there.
I do think that for now, going out dating like nuts and trying to get laid constantly while at the same time, being scared of rejections and reactios are not a good idea, I'm sure your insecurities will come out, turn women off. I think the best thing to do is take your time, make friends, built your life out of the divorce, go on dates with the intention of meeting people, not unnecessarily fucking them. Build your confidence as a person, and I'm sure then, it'll be easier to built your confidence as a man and a sexual being.
Also, and less important, you might want to consider a surrogate treatment. it's expensive, but it's really helpful for some people.

I use to have a big penis for my size. I also had oral most of my life. I have been divorced and lost interest in sex after dating again. My testosterone levels checked and they were borderline low so they supplemented. I feel like a teenager trying to start over since my penis size got smaller.. I told her lets wait until we can both do more than a quicky.. explained all my concerns.. found out she was in the same boat..She has waited for 1.5 years... was relieved that I was in the same position.. so probably will get my brains screwed out Sunday and be back to my old self. .. either way.... it will happen any day now again and I got my confidence back...
