Anyone know how to make a FIRM twisted party streamers?
The only thing I can think of is make your streamers paper mache. wet them with the mixture and then twist them before they dry. Good luck. Here's a web sit that might help. Also for less mess lay them out on wax paper first and remember that when you twist them they will be shorter so make sure to hold them up first twisted and them cut them. http://familycrafts.about.com/cs/papermache/a/051500pm.htm Also since streamers are thin and might tear easily double them before you coat them
