In my day job I write about Blood Pressure Treatment and treat those who suffer from blood pressure problems. Low blood pressure is a particular interest and I'm often asked about how to lower cholesterol levels

I also have a special interest in the problem of feeling Tired All the Time and in those who suffer from chronic fatigue or lethargy.

My work with footballers and athletes leads to a focus on Painful Shoulder conditions and on the problems associated with frozen shoulder or whiplash injury

When not working I daydream about my next amazing european vacation trip  My favorite European cities include Paris and Barcelona and my next blog project will be to write about the best way to spend a night in Paris and how to find an apartment in Barcelona.

Love is the battery of life....

Hi,

Paris has many tourist attractions (From museums to the famous flee market)... what I like most in Paris is the special unique atmosphere...  that means to "get lost" in the city....  just wonder around in the streets, smell the air, see the buildings, enjoy the river, watch the people, the "Bookanteries" (small book shops), enjoy the food, connect to the rythem and music, enjoy the wine and dancing in the Latin part (specially at nigh)...............  Fills you with good energies.... and with GR8 memories....
Enjoy.

Sunday morning lazy coffee and croissants outside a cafe by the seine and then a stroll round the bouquanists (little booksellers along the banks) followed by a lazy lunch with lots of wine - snooze in the afternoon then a nice restaurant at night - what in the world could better that?
