Parental control

I haven't specify what is so annoying about him. I suggest that you go to a date with him, talk to him, see who's the person behind the annoying behavior. If he really is annoying I guess that you won't see the point in continuing dating him. You'll also be surprised from how parents don't always behave the way you are expecting them to.

Personally I believe that behind any kind of annoying behavior there's a human being who is acting like that for a reason. Try to discover what that reason is.  

How old are you and are your parents' objections against someone with his personality or are they against dating at your age?

     I see that you are 15 years old and parents make decisions for you.  If you really want to watch a movie with him, perhaps you can suggest to your mom if you can have a girlfriend or a sister for chaperone.

     If they really object, I don't think you can force them to allow you to go.  What about inviting him to your house and watch a movie with him with everybody around.  That way, they can observe him and hopefully get to know him better.
