Here you'll find an excellent recipe (in hebrew) by Amir Ilan which was the chef at Tel Aviv's famous Dixie for 11 years, and now shares some recipes, along with his experiences opening a new restaurant in his new blog.

No chicken wings recipe though. This is still the best kept secret in the country...

Recipe4Living - Share Your Inner Chef

Recipe4Living has TONS of pancake recipes. Here's the most basic, if you're looking for a regular recipe:

Pancakes

ngredients

Nonstick Spray
1 1/4 C. all-purpose flour
1 egg
1 1/4 C. buttermilk
1/4 C. granulated sugar
1 heaping tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 C. cooking oil
Pinch of salt

Directions

Preheat a skillet over medium heat. Use a pan with a nonstick surface or apply a little nonstick spray. In a blender or with a mixer, combine all of the remaining ingredients until smooth. Pour the batter by spoonfuls into the hot pan, forming 5-inch circles. When the edges appear to harden, flip the pancakes. They should be golden brown. Cook pancakes on the other side for same amount of time, until golden brown. (http://www.topsecretrecipes.com)

Yield: 8-10 pancakes.
