Palm Bay Road De-construction
Palm Bay Road has been under construction for over 1 1/2 years. I recently had serious damage to my car strictly due to that construction. When I took my car in for an estimate, I was told that I was the third person that week who had similar experiences due to Palm Bay Road. It was necessary for me to rent a car while mine was being repaired, and I was informed that another couple had their vehicle damaged due to Palm Bay Rd construction. I've heard of other incidents as well. I'm out the cost of my deductible, plus the cost of a rental car. And with Car Max, I'll be out additional money due to the damage.
Who to I call, write or visit regarding this matter?
