There is no easy solution to the Middle East problem. What happened last week is that Abbas is more upset with the Americans then he is with Israel, and I think that he his testing Obama. No matter what happens, until the PLA, Israel, and Hamas all become involved in trying to come to some sort of agreement, nothing is going to change. If I sound like a broken record, you are right.
