RE: Pain in lower extremities

I can think of several things that could be causing this including dehydration, compressed or herniated disc in your spine, poor blood circulation, lack of exercise, sitting in one position for too long, overweight, and more.  The best thing would be to see a doctor and get a

real diagnosis.

RE: Pain in lower extremities

I agree with the last person it could be so many things. Mainly I believe it’s something with your back and spine, but from years of being poked and tested with no answers to what it really is by 100’s of physicians. Best Bet DON’T bother with Doctors. They seem not to know, not willing to try more to find out and just run up insurance bills with no answers or help to the pain or problem. Some even was to just take the time to cut you open to do nothing really in the end but cause more pain after. Best bet is do your best to try to live with it. I know what your thinking but really I’ve had the same problem since age 27 and now it’s just gotten worst with numbness and itching in my hands but I’ve yet to find anyone doctor who knows what it is or really takes the time to do more then just try to push off pills. STAY away from PILLS!! They’ll just cause more damage to you really. Like most if not all on the market today will destroy your liver. Try taking Tylenol - sometimes it will work and some day’s it won’t with the pain. Don’t over take Tylenol either cause it can hurt you also. The only test I’d be worried about having done is one for Cancer and one for MS. Good luck.
