Pain in legs after Pilates
I've started Pilates a week ago. During my third class, i must have strained a muscle or - more likely - a tendon. In the afternoon of the day after that class I started feeling pain in the back and a little below the knee cap. The pain is so extreme that I am having trouble straightening my legs. My instructor told me I should flex and point my toes, even though it hurts. I tried bengay, I tried a warm bath, and a warm pillow - nothing helps.
Any suggestions?
