I have suite already packed with my comfortable sweat pants , sweat shirt with zipper, Slippers and set of Pajamas,Extra under wear and sweat socks, I carry a list which contains all my medical conditions and list all daliy meds mg's and how many taken daily, list all my doctors and phone #. List also includes family members to contact in emergency in the event I am unconsious I even keep medical list in my wallet also next to my insurance cards so they read my list. I bring some of my non prescripton suplements which I take to stop having leg muscle spasams, My Asthma inhalers which I have plenty of there packed in suit case also. Spary on cologne, Deoderant, a cordless shaver and plug, My cell phone charger. Hair brush, my tooth brush and tooth paste, Suitcase ready to go, My hospital stays are usally days or weeks , so if that is the case , have relative bring one of my portable dvd and my fav dvds to watch w/ pwr cord. i also bring a litte cash 20.00 some times have to pay for tv . I use my cell phone to make calls so there is no hospital charges there. which can be very expensive thats why have exta cell ph charger. well thats about all I have packed ready to go with me .And Emt takes me to Hospital and I am told the stay is going to be days weeks . I have relative bring me my my packed suit case. So I will be confotable while in Hospital. I don't wear hospital gowns And if they really want me to I keep on my sweat shirt and sweat pants on .
