PDA with GPA and TV-out connector?

I am looking for a Windows-based

PDA (handheld computer or smart-phone), with integrated GPS, that has a TV-out RCA connector.The PDA will be used to run on-road and off-road navigation applications. Therefore, its OS cannot be Linux or Symbian.The purpose of the TV-out connector is to direct the PDA video display to a double-din in-dash 6" car DVD monitor.

Do you know of such product?
