Why not PAY FOR HEALTH CARE instead of paying for HEALTH CARE INSURANCE PREMIUMS?

Why not consider subsidizing HEALTH CARE instead of subsidizing PREMIUM PAYMENTS? NOBODY is speaking of HEALTH CARE. Insurance DOES NOT guarantee health care. Paid HEALTH CARE guarantees health care. Paying for health care premiums is another CORPORATE BAILOUT! Paid insurance premiums DO NOT guarantee HEALTH CARE.

Paid premiums guarantee paid up insurance policies.  Insurance doesn't guarantee HEALTH CARE.  Health care insurers DENY, DENY, DENY!  Don't Americans deserve SOME BENEFITS for a change?

Yes it is good to directly pay for our healthcare so we can save a lot but since no one knows his/her future, we can never be sure of what may happen to us along the way. Because of this, it is better to secure ourselves by paying insurances to our trusted companies.

Insurance higher refund that health care. Health care is long term and beneficial if you stay in one occupation but in a risky type of work, insurance is always better

I think the debate focuses too much on prepaid health care instead of health insurance. The American people deserve real reform not more federal mandates.
