I am afraid to say, I don't have much experience with File Sharing, that is because of spy ware. I try not to use any file sharing software although it is difficult these days.. I would suggest you install Adaware by Lavasoft www.adaware.com This software will protect your computer against spam and spyware which will be found plenty in those Filesharing SW..
