A:I agree with brosen. Don't think of a diet as a bad long lasting ache for real food. Dieting can be fun and exciting too with all teh different healthy foods out there now.
As far as excersize goes~try to do something fun first, like basketball, volleyball, or anything else that really interests you. After you work your stamina up a little~then take on the jogging, or running, or whatever kind of excersize it is you choose. Remember to ALWAYS make it fun!! Otherwise you will end up not likeing it and giving up. Get an mp3 player if you don't already have one, get some awesome music on it that you can just go nuts with and have a blast with it!!
