You really have a serious problem that should be treated immediately. The first step should be to see your family physician to give you a program that consists of proper diet and a program for daily exercises. You then need the motivation to carry out these programs and that is where your parents and friends can help.
I agree with brosen. Don't think of a diet as a bad long lasting ache for real food. Dieting can be fun and exciting too with all teh different healthy foods out there now.
