Overthinking

i dont know how to stop overthinking every situation dealing with guys that im interested in. then generally it drives them away because i'm always worried that they dont mean what they say, or that the reason they're not calling is because they dont like me anymore. even when they assure me that i'm just overthinking, i cant help but continue to do it. how do i stop overthinking?
