Outgoing Mail Attachments Are Not Delivered

Beginning last week, attachments to emails sent via AOL using Verizon broadband wireless modem USB720 are not delivered with the email. If I use my dial-up modem and send attachments to emails via AOL, the attachements are delivered with the email. I have a Gateway MT6840 notebook using Windows Vista.
