I was on the patch about 2 years ago and i got tired of using it and wanted something different, so i took mine off. i think i had a light period and then it took a little while before i was regular again. also when i got pregnant with my daughter i had like a 3 day period and it was really light. about 3 weeks-1month later i found out that i was pregnant. you might wanna get a home test!
