Dose anyone know the origins of the Russian name "Iliya" (IL-YA)?

According to these sites: http://www.imena.hit.bg and http://peoples.ru/name/315.shtml the origin of the name Ilya comes from a similar biblical name meaning "Yahweh - my god"; http://www.1name.ru says it means "god's power".
