I do not think her publishers would let her do that as it would ruin the sale of her own book. Also competition is good, different ideas appeal to different people so you cannot say one book is better than the other, they are just different.

I know Oprah is far educated and knows how to appreciate compositions so I see no reason why she would avoid that originator's piece.. Maybe Oprah haven't heard anything about it at all..
